#9Add bracelet cutting OCR assistant

in progress Feature request 10-18-26

This is not feature to the sim itself, but since it already has the data, so it would be very nice to have :> The tool would read the bracelet stats and rolls and would calculate what to lock and what to reroll for the highest odds to get better bracelet than current one (by CP)

    hi kadekk :)

my primary focus rn is to get a log-based DPS simulator going, but i'll keep this noted as well.

    stay tuned for updates !
